鸡肉蘑菇焗奶油/Creamy Chicken with Mushroom

加入酱油使奶油变得鲜味十足!

用料/Ingredient

蜂蜜/honey1汤勺/1tbsp
酱油/soy sauce2汤勺/2tbsp
蘑菇罐头/canned mushroom 1包/1pack,finely diced
迷你胡萝卜/baby carrot1小包冰冻的/1 frozen pack
鸡胸肉/chicken breast400g
重奶油/heavy cream200ml
斯美塔那酸奶油/smetana240ml
盐/salt尝咸淡,我用了大概1.5汤勺
干葱碎/dried chive
面粉/wheat flour
洋葱粉/onion powder
大蒜粉/garlic powder
黑椒碎/crushed black pepper

做法/Instruction

在一个碗中倒入面粉,将鸡肉裹上面粉,在涂了油的平底锅中煎至两面金黄再夹出来备用。

接着在一个碗中倒入所有调料和整盒带着汤汁的蘑菇罐头,蘑菇水不要浪费了。搅拌均匀即可。

将鸡肉,含有蘑菇的酱汁,迷你胡萝卜统统倒入烤盘中,搅拌均匀,放入预热180度的烤箱中层烤1.5小时即可。最好最后关在烤箱里让它随着烤箱一起降温个十几分钟,这样会在表面形成更好看的褐色。

超简单又很好吃的鸡肉蘑菇焗奶油就做好了。

奶油的顺滑creamy,加上酱油的鲜美咸香,在大蒜粉洋葱粉的香味中完美结合,等待期间做个土豆泥,将浓浓的酱汁浇在土豆泥上,和鸡肉蘑菇胡萝卜一起食用真是绝配!

add wheat flour in a bowl,cover the chicken with it,and cook it in a oil sprayed flatpan until both sides turns golden brown.leave it aside.

next add all the sauce and seasoning in a mixing bowl,also pour all the mushroom can along with the juice from the can.mix well.

after that pour all the chicken,sauce,baby carrot in a baking bowl,stir well,bake it in the middle layer of the oven over 180celsius degree for one hour and half.keep it in the oven let it cool down with oven,it will keep creating a nice brown coating on top.

serve it with easy homemade mashed potato.

the creaminess of the cream meet with umami from the soysauce,such perfect combination is so surprisingly good.
