芬兰松饼/Pannukakku

很简单很美味,外硬内软。

最近看prisma在卖松饼,好贵哦,烘焙从来都是自己在家里做的更好吃且实惠的多得多,一出炉就吃,做法又简单到闭着眼都可以做的很好。

松饼每个国家吃法做法都不同,芬兰的松饼往往是在烤盘里做的,所以是长方形的形状,看着不好看,但是味道真的不错。外表被烤得脆硬有嚼劲,内部柔软香甜。配上果酱,焦糖酱,洒上些酸酸的莓果,适合翠绿温暖的夏日,也特别适合白雪皑皑的冬日。

用料/Ingredient

面糊/batter:
通用面粉/all purpose flour400ml
牛奶/milk800ml
鸡蛋/egg2个/2pcs
白砂糖/granulated sugar150ml
盐/salt1茶勺/1tsp
融化的黄油/melted butter60g
香草糖粉/vanilla sugar1茶勺/1tsp
泡打粉/baking powder1茶勺/1tsp
推荐搭配/recommend to serve with:
珍珠糖/nib sugar
焦糖酱/salted caramel sauce
草莓果酱/strawberry jam
香草酱/vanilla sauce

做法/Instruction

1.将黄油在微波炉里叮融化,放凉,不用太凉,不烫就行。然后把除了牛奶和黄油之外所有面糊区里的材料都搅拌均匀,分批加入牛奶,搅拌均匀至没有干粉为止,再加入黄油,快速搅拌均匀即可。

然后烤箱预热200摄氏度,在烤盘中加足够大的烘焙纸,用手抵着烘焙纸压在烤盘上,尽量压出长方形边,确保面糊不会倒出来。

然后将面糊倒在烘焙纸上,分布均匀。放烤箱中层200摄氏度烤半小时。

melt the butter in the microwave first,then let it cool,not so cold,just not let it be hot.then add everything from the batter section except for the milk and butter,mix them very well,until no flour left undissolved.

then pour in milk several times,each time mix it well.lastly add butter,mix fast and well.

pre heat the oven over 200 celsius,place a big baking sheet in the baking tray,make sure its bigger than the tray so when you pour the batter inside,it will not leak out.

pour the batter onto the baking sheet,spread them evenly.place the tray in the middle of the oven for half hour over 200 celsius.

2.如果半小时到了,表面没有下图这样金黄色,可以再烤个2-5分钟,这个额外的时间自己把握,烤到你喜欢的金黄程度即可。

然后加喜欢的果酱,我推荐可以加少许焦糖酱,洒一些小小的硬硬的可爱的糖用来装饰,不仅好看,还丰富了口味和口感。

when time is up,you can look if the surface reach the golden brown color,if not,you can wait for 2more mins or more,as long as it reach the perfect color as you wish.make sure not to burn it.

lastly,add whatever decoration and extra flavoring to your cake,but the cake already taste good,you can eat it directly if you like.
