家喻户晓的派就不介绍了,说不上美食,没做过可以试试,也是非常圣诞的烘焙。

用料/Ingredient

面团/dough:
(可以做16个的量/for 16pcs of pie)
蛋糕专用面粉/cake flour50ml
全黑麦粉/rye flour500ml
盐/salt1茶勺/1tsp
冷水/cold water300ml
填料/filling::
puuroriisi,芬兰人用来做粥的米250ml
牛奶/milk1L
盐/salt1茶勺/1tsp
冷水/cold water500ml
其他/others:
鸡蛋/egg3个/3pcs
融化的黄油/melted butter
水/water
黄油/butter

做法/Instruction

1.锅中放凉水,最高档烧沸后加入puuroriisi,烧10分钟,不用加盖子。然后加入奶和盐,转中火,盖上盖子煮40分钟,期间要多多掀盖搅拌防止糊锅。

add cold water in the pot,boil it,then add puuroriisi,keep boiling for 10 mins.then turn off the heat to medium heat,add milk and salt.

cover with lid,cook for 40 mins.be sure to stir frequently in the meantime to avoid burned bottom.

2.粥做好了放一边凉。做面团。在大盆里放面团区所有材料,可以先把除了水之外的粉搅拌均匀再加水。揉成絮后倒在桌面,使劲揉光滑吧,水不够可以加点水,直到没有干粉了而且面团光滑了,即可。

将面团揉成长条,切成均匀的大概45g一小块的段。把一个个的小段放在一个大盆下罩住,防止干了。在桌面撒黑麦粉,用擀面杖擀平擀圆,不需要特别圆,不会有影响的。大概一个手掌大。手大吃大,手小吃小,嘿嘿。请忽略我的肥手。

注意了,擀了一片,就在每片上洒一点粉,然后放在大盆下罩住,防止干。然后一片一片垒上去,每片都洒点粉防止粘连。

after porridge is done,let it cool.add all material from “dough”section,mix well and use hand to rub the dough into fine dough,add water if needed.

roll the dough into long rope shape.cut into 45g per pc.cover all the units under the big bowl,to avoid dryness.spread some rye flour on the table,use rolling pin to roll it flat and even.about a palm size should do,it does not need to be perfectly round.

note:each flat unit should be sprinkled with little rye flour,and lay on each other,and covered with big bowl to avoid dryness.

3.烤箱250度预热。期间,取一张饼,舀一大勺粥,倒在中间,然后用黄油刀抹平抹均匀,接着按照图下的指示捏好形状。

pre-heat the oven over 250 celsius degree.meanwhile,take one pie,add one big scoop on the middle,flat it with butter knife,and pinch the shape as showed in the picture below.

烤盘上加张烘焙纸,放入馅饼,在中层烤15分钟。期间在微波炉中叮一下,把适当黄油叮化了,加入比黄油少一点的水,搅拌均匀,等派烤好后给烤好的派的边缘刷上黄油水,会增加色泽和一点湿度。

add baking paper on the tray,place the pies on it.bake in the middle section of the oven for 15 mins.add one chunk of butter in a bowl,melt it in the microwave,add little bit of water in it,mix well.

when pie is done,brush the butter water on the crust to creat shine and little bit of moisture.

芬兰人喜欢的吃法是在馅饼上加黄油鸡蛋。我这里也介绍下,简单得很。

3个鸡蛋煮熟,叉子捣碎,加入一点黄油,继续捣碎搅拌均匀,加一点点盐,拌匀即可。

Finnish like to serve it with butter egg on top.its super simple,i will write here anyway.

boil 3 eggs,mash with fork,add butter,mash again.add pinch of salt,mix well.done!

开吃!

没做过的可以做做看,味道就是简简单单的,饼皮脆脆的硬硬的,内馅柔软,说不上好吃,吃个情怀吧。做做还是挺有趣的。也有可能是我做的不好吃,喜欢吃的不要打我。
