2tbsp flour+2tbsp oil,don't mix yet

白洋葱1个半
鸡汤块/chicken bouillon1块/1pc
番茄膏/tomato paste2汤勺/2tbsp
洋葱粉/onion powder半茶勺/half tsp
大蒜粉/garlic powder半茶勺/half tsp
孜然粉/cumin 半茶勺/half tsp
印度米/basmati rice130g
油/cooking oil2汤勺/2tbsp
taco调料粉/taco spices4汤勺或者更多,尝咸淡/4tbsp or more
salsa
墨西哥泡椒/jalapeno
生菜/lettuce
水/water500g
番茄/tomato1-2个/1-2pc
黄瓜/cucumber1根/1pc

做法/Instruction

1.先煮水,加入鸡汤块,煮化后加入番茄膏搅匀备用。再提前准备好所有东西。洋葱切半个,不用太细,备用。记得白洋葱的外皮撕掉后再次撕一层,以防没有撕干净,外皮很难嚼的,洋葱那么白分不清有么有撕干净也是常有的。再取个白洋葱,切细丝,另外放在碟子里备用。

黄瓜切小小的小块,或者切细丝,尽量细小些,卷起来容易。西红柿切成丁。

boil the water,add chicken bouillon and melt it,add tomato paste and mix well.then prepare everything.dice half of the onion,we don’t need to dice too finely.slice the onion finely,prepare it in another plate.

dice the cucumber as small as possible,so its easier to wrap it in.dice the tomato as well.

2.在不粘锅并且是平底的锅中,加入油,开到中高火,油温了后倒入生米,炒到些许金黄即可。加入大蒜,洋葱,孜然粉,搅拌均匀后倒入鸡汤,搅拌均匀后倒入洋葱块,加盖焖煮20分钟,全程中高火。期间不要开盖子。

add oil in the non stick flat pan  over medium high heat,when oil is warm,add rice and fry it until the rice turns brown-ish color.add the garlic powder,onion powder,cumin,mix well fast,pour in the chicken soup and diced onion.

cover the lid,keep the medium high heat and cook for 20 mins.don’t remove the lid during cooking.

3.在煮米的时候,再取个锅,不用加油,直接倒入肉馅,大火炒到变白全熟了,加入足够的taco调料,加100毫升的水搅拌均匀,煮到收汁即可。

米烧好了会带一点点生硬,没有关系。把平底锅洗干净后,用纸擦干净剩余的水分,火开到7档中高火,锅热了加入卷饼,加热到两面和边缘都软了就拿出来可以准备包了。大概两面和边缘都软了的时间需要大概1分钟。不要关火,等下煎紧卷饼开口时候用。

先抹上鳄梨酱,再抹上salsa酱,再加上所有馅料,米可以比肉馅多点丰富口感。

during cooking,take a pan,do not need to add any oil,add the minced meat,cook until the meat is cooked.add enough taco spices and 100ml water,mix well,cook until sauce thickens.

after rice is done,wash the pan well,use towel to mop the remaining water dry.then turn the heat up to scale 7 medium high heat.when the pan is warm,place the wrap in it,press the sides of the wrap to the pan to help it to receive the heat as well.

when all sides are soft,which may take 1 min.take the wrap out,place it on the big plate,spread the guacamole first evenly,salsa is the second layer,add all other stuffings as you like.more rice than meat is recommanded,it will enrich the texture of the burrito.

4.卷的时候卷紧些,我画了图演示一下,我试过了,这样失败率会低很多,包的东西不要多过下图的量。按照图下的指示抱紧后,把开口的那面朝下放入平底锅上,用手轻轻在卷饼上施压,帮助把开口合紧。大概需要1分钟,只要贴着平底锅的那面煎的金黄就表示合紧了。然后拿出来开吃吧。

roll the dorrito tightly according to the picture instruction i draw below.choose the open side of the burrito,turn that side down and press it on the flat pan.gentlely add some pressure on the burrito to help the flip side to close.

it takes about 1 min,as long as the flip side is golden brown,it will be closed tightly.
