麻辣干鸡肉条/Numbing Hot Chicken Jerky

上瘾的味道,卫龙可以扔掉了

用烤箱烤的步骤让它的口感比较有嚼劲,配料表中的糖不可少!适量的甜度就像卫龙辣条一样可以让它好吃到你停不下来。

最好使用鸡胸肉,因为会更有嚼劲,我冰箱里只有鸡腿肉所以我的烤箱时间和温度自己做了调整。

你可以试试150度20分钟,最后的口感会比鸡腿肉更干,也好吃的,自己酌情选择哈。

如果你也想用鸡腿肉的话,如果撕得小条些,最后的口感更有嚼劲,撕粗点的话口感没那么有嚼劲。

口味概括下是麻,辣,甜,咸,香。

This recipe is addictively delicious,if you loved Sichuan cuisine,it has numbing punch flavor.

note:you can use chicken breast,just adjust the oven temperature to 150 celsius for 20 mins,or more or less,i never tried it myself so you need to be the judge of that.

用料/Ingredient

鸡腿肉/chicken thigh450g
酱汁/sauce:
番茄酱/ketchup2茶勺/2tsp
李锦记海鲜酱/Hoisin sauce1汤勺/1tbsp
黄灯笼辣椒酱/Hainan yellow lantern hot pepper1茶勺/1tsp
盐/salt10g
白砂糖/granulated sugar50g
酱油/soy sauce15g
老抽/dark soy sauce1茶勺/1tsp
干料/dry seasoning:
花椒粉/sichuan peppercorn powderto your liking
辣椒面/chili flake3汤勺,自行调整/3tbsp or to your liking
味精/msg半茶勺/half tsp
其他/others:
姜片/ginger5片

做法/Instruction

太简单我就不分1234的步骤了,一次看完很快的。

鸡肉用冷水加姜片煮到你看熟了就好,然后冷水冲洗后撕成条状。

然后锅开大火,加多一点油,热了后加入鸡肉翻炒至都裹上了油,加入酱汁翻炒到收汁收干了后放一边。

在烤盘中放一张烘焙纸,烤箱150度预热好了后将鸡肉放中层烤20分钟,然后转200度烤5分钟,这个看肉的情况,我用的是鸡腿肉所以水分比较多,就选择这样烤比较保险。

如果鸡胸肉试试150度20分钟。

然后锅中再加点油,加入烤好的肉和干料翻炒均匀即可。

add enough cold water in the pot,slice some ginger and throw it in the water with chicken,boil them over high heat until the chicken is cooked.

then run the chicken under cold water to cool it off,when the temperature is comfortable for you to hold,strip the chicken into slices which is thick as french fries.

heat the pan over high heat,add some oil,when oil is warm,add chicken strips,stir them until each piece has oil on it,add the sauce in the pan,mix them well,then cook until the sauce is totally reduced.move the pot aside and leave it for later.

place one piece of baking paper in the oven tray,pre heat the oven over 150 celsius,when ready,add chicken and spread them evenly on the baking paper,place it in the middle part of the oven rack,bake for 20 mins,then turn the heat up to 200 celsius then bake for last 5 mins.

if you are using chicken breast,try bake over 150 celsius for 20 mins straight.

Then add some oil,add baked chicken and dry seasoning mix them very well.

serve!must eat with fingers so you can lick your fingers for every bit of the deliciousness!
