芬兰小甜粥/Vispipuuro

其实是粗面粉做的,颜值很高

注意,普遍做法是用红越橘,Lingonberry,然后浇上香草酱,因为越橘的味道有些苦涩,所以配上香草酱会盖去这个味道,非常好吃。

也可以用其他果子,比如蔓越莓,蓝莓,草莓都可以试试,单吃也好吃,如果再配上香草酱更好吃了。

下图是粗面粉长的样子,所以说其实不是粥,但是字面翻译就是粥的意思,因此我中文翻译成小甜粥了。

用料/Ingredient

越橘/lingonberry200g
开水/boiling water700ml
白砂糖/granulated sugar125ml
粗面粉/semolina100ml

做法/Instruction

1.在锅中烧700ml的水,将一包越橘倒在盆里,水沸腾后倒入盆中,泡10分钟,再取一个盆,将水通过滤网过滤到盆里,滤网中的越橘用勺子不断碾压至越橘成泥,再也挤不出果汁为止。

boil 700ml water,pour a bag of lingonberry in a bowl,after water is boiled,soak for 10 mins,take another bowl,filter the water in another bowl,use a spoon to mash the lingonberry in the filter,until you can not squeeze the juice out of it anymore.

2.把果汁倒回锅中,加入糖搅拌至溶解,烧沸后转为中火,倒入粗面粉,不停搅拌5分钟。然后倒出冷却。彻底冷却之后,用电动搅拌机告诉打发至蓬松,这时颜色都会变成淡粉色了。装盘加上果子装饰,倒入香草酱一起食用。一定要加香草酱的,不然单吃甜粥的前味是甜的但是后味会苦涩。

pour the juice back to the pot,add caster sugar and stir to help dissolve,when water is boiled,turn the heat down to medium heat,add semolina and keep stirring for 5 mins.then the mixture out in a bowl to let it cool off completely.

when its cooled,use blender to whip it until it becomes puffy,when you are whipping it,you can see the puuro turns to light pink.serve in the bowl,garnish with lingonberry,must add vanilla sauce on it,because lingonberry makes the puuro taste little bitter.

if you use other berries that does not taste bitter,you can skip the vanilla sauce,but it taste better with vanilla sauce anyway.
