酸酸甜甜,柠檬香草不光装饰好看,还有柠檬的口感和香味,配甜品又好看又好吃。

蛋糕用小麦粉/cake flour100g
牛奶/milk130g
香蕉/banana1根/1pc
白砂糖/granulated sugar3汤勺/3tbsp

草莓果酱/strawberry jam
柠檬香草/lemon balm

做法/Instruction

1.香蕉用手掰成几段,和牛奶放盆里搅打顺滑,加鸡蛋,继续搅打顺滑成奶昔的状态,筛入蛋糕面粉,加入砂糖和一汤勺食用油搅打混合到无面粉的状态。

break the banana into few chunks,add banana into mixing bowl with milk,mix them well until it turns into milkshake,sift the cake flour in the milk shake,Add granulated sugar and oil,mix them all well until flour is fully combined with mixture.

2.平底锅中加入一点点油,加一次就可以了,大火5档,用汤勺舀一勺面糊到锅的中心,再叠加两勺混合物,大概10-15秒就可以掀面了,不过最好还是十秒左右用抹刀掀开一角看看是不是颜色发黄了,黄了就可以掀面了。再加热个10秒,一个煎饼就做好了。按照这个方法再做几个,在盘子里叠在一起。

add a tiny bit of oil on the fry pan,only need to add once.turn the heat to high scale 5,when oil is hot,use table spoon to scoope one batter on the center of the pan,layering two more table spoon of batter on top of it,about 10-15 seconds later flip aside using silicone spatula.

or about 10 seconds,use silicone spatula to flip a corner of pancake to check if the bottom turns light brown,if so,flip it back,heat for another 10-15 seconds,and remove the pancake onto a plate.

repeat the same procedure and layering one pancake after another.

 

3.在煎饼上挤草莓酱,蜂蜜,放上喜欢的莓果和柠檬香草。开吃。

squeeze some strawberry jam,honey,and whatever berries you like,and lemon balm.serve!
