this is not an authentic recipe,but a simple,fast and yummy version.

用料/Ingredient

两人份/2servings
鸡蛋面/egg noodle3-4版/3-4 pieces
泰式红咖喱酱/thai red curry sauce2-3汤勺/2-3tbsp
椰奶/coconut milk1罐,400ml/1can,400ml
tom kha汤粉/tom kha soup powder2包/2packs
腌好的鸡肉丁/marinated chicken pieces一整盒450g/1 pack,450g
香菜碎或者新鲜香菜/coriander一把/a bunch
清水/water1.3L

做法/Instruction

1.面锅内加适量油,大火烧热,加入鸡肉炒熟,将鸡肉倒出在一个小碟子上备用。蘑菇洗净切片,继续在锅内加一点油,倒入蘑菇片翻炒一下,加入红咖喱酱炒均匀并炒软。

add some oil in the pot,heat over high heat,when oil is hot,add chicken pieces,stir fry until cooked.remove the chicken onto a plate for later.

slice the mushroom into pieces,we still use the same pot,add little more oil,add mushroom,stir 15 secs,add red curry sauce,stir evenly.

2.锅里直接倒入整罐椰奶,tom kha调料粉,水,搅拌均匀加入面条。全程大火烧到面条熟了。做好后出锅,加入之前烧好的鸡肉,撒些干香菜碎。开吃!

add the whole can of coconut milk,tom kha soup powder,water,stir evenly.then add noodle.keep cooking over high heat until noodle is cooked.serve in the noodle bowl,add the cooked chicken,decorate with coriander leaves.
